Dear Friends and Colleagues,
Some you might know me as the Co-Editor for Latin Jazz Network and the former host of Under the Radar (WFDU, 89.1 FM). For nearly a decade I have been reporting on the New York music scene, in large part through the use of interviews with musicians such as Omar Sosa, Arturo O’ Farrill, Rosa Passos, Esperanza Spalding and Zaccai Curtis. Invariably, many of our conversations center on the recent changes in the music industry, the troubled U.S. economy and the plight of independent artists. With that in mind, I have created a public relations and media firm that caters to the needs and concerns of independent artists.
Whether you are a new or established artist the need for common sense publicity has never been greater. What do I mean by common sense? Advice based on nearly a decade of promoting music and the artist who create it, reasonably priced media campaigns that speak to your concerns, a range of options to suit your budget, expert technical advice and personalized service.
To aid me in my journey I have enlisted Danilo Navas, the Editor for Latin Jazz Network, webmaster for a major financial institution and the creator of web sites for saxophonist Jane Bunnett, trumpet player Larry Cramer, bass player Roberto Occhipinti, pianist Hilario Duran and vibraphonist Steve Pouchie.
For a complete list of our services visit: www.musimedia1.com. We invite you to express your opinions, needs and concerns and sincerely hope that you will allow us to create a campaign that accommodates your needs. At MusiMedia, L.L.C no challenge is insurmountable and no campaign is too big or too small.
We look forward to collaborating with you and guiding you through every step of the process.
Respectfully,
Thomas Peňa
